The menu changes because the seasons do. Our chefs write it around what the market brings in each week — line-caught fish, heritage vegetables, meat from farmers we visit ourselves — and everything from the bread to the ice cream is made in-house, from scratch, every day.

We opened with a simple idea: cook the food we love, with produce from the people we know. A decade on, that idea still drives every plate that leaves our kitchen.
